Five teenage boys seriously injured after Eastleigh party mass stabbing

Police want to speak with anyone who attended the party or has footage, including doorbell camera footage

Five teenage boys have been seriously hurt after being stabbed at a party in Hampshire, as police asked for information about an “unknown group”. The boys, aged 16 and 17, were found injured after police were called to a property in Eastleigh just after 10.30pm on Saturday.

All were taken to hospital with serious injuries, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said. After officers arrived at the scene, it was established an “unknown group” had gained entry to a party at a property in Park Road.

An investigation was launched and scenes remain in place in Park Road and Valley Road.

Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Elizabeth Pirie said: “We are already hard at work identifying anyone who was at the party who may be able to assist our inquiries, whether that be having directly witnessed what took place, having filmed any footage which may be relevant, or who may be able to help us identify the unknown group.

“I understand the response the local community may have to hearing about this incident this morning, and I do not underestimate the impact our scenes will be having on those living in the area.

“These scenes are vitally important for our inquiries and we are grateful to the understanding of our communities whilst we work to establish the facts.

“If you do have any concerns or information, then please do not hesitate to speak to us.”

The force said they were interested in speaking to anyone who attended the party or has footage, including doorbell camera footage covering Park Road and the surrounding area.

Liz Jarvis, MP for Eastleigh, said on X on Sunday: “My thoughts are with the victims and their families and all those affected by the incident in Chandler’s Ford last night, and my thanks go to our local police and emergency services for their prompt response.
